Recipes From Mango Pulp:
MANGO ICE CREAM:
1 Liter milk, 2 watyas Yojak Mango Pulp, 300 gms sugar. Mix all the three in the ice-cream pot and stir it well. Can be used to serve the guests or use it with chapati or puri daily. For flvaour, it useful in fruit salad too.
Take as much quantity of Yojak Mango Pulp and add three times milk, sugar to test. Mix all together. Mango milkshake is ready.
1 wati Yojak mango pulp, 1.5 watyas Idali Rava (Simolina), 1 wati Coconut Chav, 1 wati Sugar, 1 wati (curd+milk). Mix all and keep it for 15 min. and then put into Idli-patra. Mango Idli is ready.
Take 1 Kg. cooked rice and 200 GMS Yojak Mango Pulp, 1.25 Kg sugar. Melt the sugar using Yojak Mango Pulp. The rest as per usual “Sakharbhat” (Sugar Rice)
MANGO SOFT DRINK:
Take as much quantity of Yojak Mango Pulp, and add 7 times water, add 7 full spoon sugar and salt to taste, mix all together.
1 Kg. Shreekhand + 200 gms Yojak Mango Pulp . Mix it well.
