MANGO ICE CREAM:
The same process to make mango juice mava and milk khava. Use only Alfanso Mango-Juice !Give to the children as sweetmeats. It is tasty, healthy and better than other sweets.
Take 1 Kg Yojak Mango Mava, mix 250 gms khava and 900 gms sugar and mix it well. Then prepare the burfi as usual.
Boil 1 lit. milk, mix 100 gms sugar, then add 200 gms Yojak-mava, make it a whole product with the help of mixer. Mango-basundi is ready!
Yojak Alfanso Mango Mava is quite fit and useful for preparing mango vadi, mango mava, burfi. It can also be used as sweet dish to eat.
Mix 750 gms of strong treacle in 1 Kg Yojak Mango Pulp (Mava). Place the mixture on a flat surface. When dried cut it into size of cakes. Mango vadi is ready!
